Subway Interior Generator
Blender add-on · Procedural subway interiors · Montreal Azur and MR-73
A Blender add-on that generates parametric subway car interiors at real-world scale, with fully procedural PBR materials and no external textures. First fleet: the Montreal metro, with the Azur (MPM-10) and the MR-73, their dimensions and details taken from photographs.

Everything is generated: a car body with door and window cut-outs in quads (no booleans), glazed doors that slide into the wall, seats laid out from the door positions, poles, handrails and hanging straps, a ceiling with vents, speakers and real lights, screens and line maps, the gangway bellows, and a concrete tunnel so the windows have something to reflect.

The materials tell the story of use: orange-peel paint with worn edges, brushed steel polished where hands rest, ribbed rubber with polished walkways and grime in the corners, faded fabric on the seats, fingerprints on the glass at arm's height. Three settings, Wear, Dirt and Fingerprints, plus a seed drive it all. Adding a fleet means writing one profile file: no dimension is hard-coded.
